1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a ticket on Unvamp you agree to be bound by the current Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 to register an organiser account. Attendee accounts require verified email or phone. Providing false information is grounds for suspension.

3. Event Ticketing

Ticket sales are between the organiser and the attendee. Unvamp processes the payment and holds funds in escrow until the event settlement window closes.

4. Live Streaming

Each ticket carries a per-tier screen limit. Sharing credentials beyond that limit may result in your session being disconnected.

5. Marketplace

Ticket transfers, resales, and swaps go through the marketplace. Escrow protects both sides and a per-user daily transfer cap applies.

6. Payments & Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an event is cancelled. Swaps and downgrades hold the balance in your wallet.
